Kierra Sarfo-Kantanka, MPH—known as Public Health Kie—is a public health professional, creative strategist, and founder of Data & Narrative Co., a nonprofit public health consulting and creative agency. Her work integrates research, storytelling, and community engagement to advance health equity and reshape how evidence is translated into action.

Grounded in faith and guided by data, Kierra brings experience in clinical research, data analysis, and health communication to bridge the gap between statistics and lived experience. Through Public Health Kie and Data & Narrative Co., she leads initiatives that amplify underrepresented voices, develop culturally relevant health communication strategies, and inspire meaningful change at the community level.
